Delivery Options
Orders can be sent to either your home address or a specified delivery address. This allows you to have your consignments sent to your place of work, a friend's address or whereever is most convenient for you.
All orders need to be signed for: we cannot be held responsible for any consignments that are not signed for.
Standard delivery is 2-4 working days. However we try to despatch all orders quicker than this if we can (an upgrade option is available - see below). In the unlikely event that a product you order is not available, we will notify you by e-mail and give you an estimate of when the item will be with you, or offer a full refund.

Standard delivery - 2-4 working days - £4.95
Express delivery - next working day on all orders placed by 12.00 noon - £8.95

Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return any item purchased from Cheeky Ponies either for a full refund (less postage) or for an exchange - please follow the simple steps below to ensure a smooth, quick service.
1. You are welcome to return any part of your order to us within 21 days of receiving it - either for an exchange or refund (less postage)
2. There is no need to contact us to advise of a return, simply complete the returns form that is enclosed with every order and post it back to us. Please ensure your parcel is packaged appropriately for return: clearly labelled with your name and address entered onto the returns form.
3. Goods being returned must be unworn, unused, unsoiled, undamaged and presented in their original packaging with all tags still attached to the product.
4. Take your pacel to the post office and send it back to us. (We strongly recomend that you obtain proof of postage and ask at the post office for a signature to be obtained from us on delivery as we cannot compensate you for failure of delivery).
5. If you are returning an item because it is faulty please remember to mark on the returns note what the fault is and whether you require a replacement or refund. If a refund is requested it shall be credited in full (including the postage costs).
6. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size/colour etc, simply send back the item you do not wish to keep, using the returns procedure as above. Then go on-line and order your replacement product, pay for it and we will refund the returned items when they arrive with us.
